BB Sensory ("BB Sensory", "we", "us", or "our") provides a mobile app designed for parents and caregivers to play baby sensory videos, flash cards, sounds, and calming visual experiences.

1. Who This Service Is For

BB Sensory is designed to be operated by parents and caregivers. The content experience is intended for babies, but account creation, subscription management, and support interactions are intended for adults.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use BB Sensory, we may collect the following information:

Account Information

• A unique app user ID created through our authentication provider
• Email address, if you choose to link your guest account to an email address
• Account type and subscription status

App Settings and Usage Information

• Night mode preference and other app settings
• Playback history, such as recently played videos, sounds, flash card sessions, and Quick Calm sessions
• Basic technical and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the app

Subscription and Purchase Information

• Subscription entitlement status
• Purchase and restore status information provided through our subscription and billing providers

Content Access Information

• Requests for protected video or premium content access
• Temporary playback authorization data needed to stream premium video content securely

3. How We Use Information

We use information we collect to:

• create and maintain your account
• allow guest access and optional email account linking
• restore your settings, history, and premium access across sessions
• provide videos, sounds, flash cards, and calming playback features

• process and restore subscriptions

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate BB Sensory, including:

• Supabase for authentication, account data, settings, and app database services
• RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management
• Apple App Store / Google Play for in-app purchase and subscription billing
• Cloudflare Stream for secure video delivery
• other infrastructure or support providers used to host, secure, or maintain the service

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information:

• if required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request
• to protect the rights, safety, or security of BB Sensory, our users, or others
• in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

5. Anonymous and Guest Accounts

BB Sensory may allow you to start using the app with an anonymous or guest account. In that case, we still create a unique account identifier so your settings, playback history, and premium state can be associated with your app session.

If you later link an email address to that account, your existing settings, history, and subscription state may remain attached to the same account.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed by the relevant app store billing platform and managed through RevenueCat. We do not store your full payment card details in our own app database.

We may receive subscription status, entitlement status, and limited transaction-related metadata needed to activate, restore, and manage premium access.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• provide the service
• maintain your account
• keep settings and playback history available
• comply with legal obligations
• resolve disputes
• enforce our agreements

If you request deletion of your account or data, we will review and process the request in accordance with applicable law and our operational requirements.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, depending on where our service providers operate their infrastructure. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place for such transfers.

10. Children's Privacy

BB Sensory is a family-oriented app experience, but it is intended to be operated by parents and caregivers.

We do not knowingly ask children to create accounts, submit free-form personal content, or publicly share information through the app. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in a way that is not appropriate, contact us at hello@bbsensory.com and we will review the issue.

11. Your Rights and Choices
