Account Deletion
BB Sensory users can request deletion of their account and associated app data by contacting our support team.
This page explains how to request deletion of your BB Sensory account for the BB Sensory mobile app.
To request deletion, email hello@bbsensory.com from the email address linked to your account. If you are emailing from a different address, include enough account details for us to identify the account safely.
Your message should mention BB Sensory account deletion so we can route and process the request correctly.
What we delete
Once we verify your request, we will delete the account data we control for BB Sensory, including:
- account profile data
- linked email address
- app settings
- playback history
What may be retained where required
Some limited information may need to be retained where required for operational or legal reasons, including:
- billing or transaction records where required by payment providers, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations
- limited records necessary to process and document the deletion request
Subscriptions and billing
Subscription billing is handled by the relevant app store and related providers. You may also need to manage or cancel subscriptions separately through Google Play or Apple, depending on how you subscribed.
Processing timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of verifying the request.
